Step 1: Use the Zoning Map to find out which Zoning District your property is located in.
Step 2: Find the requirements, permitted uses, and conditional uses for that Zoning District in the Land Development Regulations, to see the development possibilities of a specific property.

Permit Applications

For ALL Permit Applications uploading a site plan is required. Please have your Site Plan prepared before filling out the application in order to avoid having to restart your application. Please be advised that most Zoning Permits will also need a Building Permit in order to complete your project. Please contact our Office with any questions.
Permit Fees
The fees indicated below are for general purposes. Depending on the project, additional recording fees and notice fees may be required.
Application Fee – $50.00
Posting Fee – $5.00
Recording Fee – $15.00 (per page)
Square Footage Fee – $0.20 per sq. ft. (for change of use)
Zoning Permit Applications that require Development Review Board approval will be subject to an additional $155.00 fee and a $15.00 recording fee (per page of issued decision).
