The Downtown Business District is governed by design guidelines to insure that renovations and new construction preserve Downtown’s unique architectural character.
Property owners should contact the Office of Planning and Zoning early in the design process to arrange for project review.
Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 am in the Downstairs Conference Room at City Hall.
